Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications - "A Visible Mark to Protect Invisible Radio Waves" / 2025 Radio Environment Protection Awareness Campaign
Summary
For the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "2025 Radio Usage Environmental Protection" initiative, we produced a variety of creative assets centered on animation. Continuing our work from previous years, we developed a multifaceted campaign—including animation, posters, a special website, and radio ads—to promote awareness of the "Giteki"
Technical Conformity Mark.This year's concept was "A Visible Mark to Protect Invisible Radio Waves." Using animation, we intuitively conveyed the threat of illegal radio waves by visualizing the contrast between a society protected by certified devices and one compromised by non-conforming ones.
With a near-future urban aesthetic, the video targets animation fans, appealing to their senses to convey the security and importance of the Technical Conformity Mark. The color design, direction, and character animation were all meticulously crafted to help viewers naturally understand the benefits of a "Giteki-approved" society.
The campaign featured popular voice actors and was widely disseminated through web videos, social media, posters, radio commercials, and manga in collaboration with communications bureaus and partner organizations nationwide."
