NOKID Inc. ("the Company") has established the following Privacy Policy ("this Policy") regarding the handling of user personal information in the services provided on this website ("this Service").

Article 1: Personal Information

3. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc., would incur significant costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the user's rights and interests, the Company will implement such alternative measures.

Article 9: Changes to the Privacy Policy

The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is posted on this website.
